A simple easy, No Bake recipe!
*2 boudoir biscuits (per car)*Smarties
*Water and Icing Sugar for the “glue” ( mixed with a colour of your choice )
*Liquorice for wheels. You can also use any other kind of sweet that is round (or not....in my case)
