125ml cake flour
30ml butter
pinch of salt
pinch of mustard powder
250ml grated cheese
1 egg
30ml water
Sift flour, salt and mustard together.
Rub in butter.
Mix in the cheese.
Beat egg and water together.
Add to cheese mixture.
Cut with a knife until blended.
Place small teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 220°C for 7-10 minutes.
